What we process
Your email address, optionally your first name, your language, and when you signed up and confirmed. Our hosting provider may briefly process your IP address to prevent abuse.
Purpose and legal basis
We use your data only to tell you when FlowyAI opens and to send you an early-access invitation, based on your consent (KVKK art. 5/1, GDPR art. 6(1)(a)). We do not send advertising or anything else.
Recipients
The data is stored and processed by the infrastructure providers we use to run the service (Supabase: database, Vercel: hosting, Resend: email delivery). Their servers may be outside Türkiye; transfers rely on the safeguards of KVKK art. 9 and the GDPR.
Retention
Unconfirmed sign-ups are deleted within 7 days. Confirmed sign-ups are kept for the launch and early-access period, at most 12 months.
Your rights
You may access, correct or delete your data and withdraw your consent at any time (KVKK art. 11, GDPR art. 15-21). To leave the list or make a request, write to hello@muratfatihdemirel.me.
